稻蛀茎夜蛾高致病性球孢白僵菌菌株筛选

Screening of Highly Pathogenic Strains of Beauveria bassiana against Sesamia inferens

摘要: 稻蛀茎夜蛾Sesamia inferens是南方稻区的重要害虫,为了寻找针对该虫的生物防治措施,本研究从水稻田越冬稻蛀茎夜蛾的僵虫中分离获得了10株培养性状较好的球孢白僵菌Beauveria bassiana,在室内研究了这10株菌株对稻蛀茎夜蛾的致病力,筛选出了高致病力菌株SI027.试验结果表明,菌株SI027处理稻蛀茎夜蛾3龄幼虫后10 d的LC50为5.28×105孢子/mL.在1×106、1×107和1×108孢子/mL浓度的菌液处理下,稻蛀茎夜蛾3龄幼虫的LT50分别为7.26 d、4.65 d和3.38 d.

Abstract: Sesamia inferens is an important insect pest in the southern rice-growing region of China. In order to find the efficient biocontrol agent against S. inferens, 10 Beauveria bassiana strains with good cultural characters were obtained from dead overwintering S. inferens larvae, strains with high virulence against S. inferens were screened in laboratory. Strain SI027, with high virulence against S. inferens was obtained. LC50 of SI027 on the 3rd instars of S. inferens was 5.28×105 conidia/mL, which was detected 10 d after treatment. The LT50 values on the 3rd instars of S. inferens which were treated with 1×106, 1×107 and 1×108 conidia/mL of SI027 conidial suspension were 7.26 d, 4.65 d and 3.38 d, respectively.
